*i love his fast food films. they make you feel like you could actually attempt and succeed at replicating his culinary masterpieces. he’s filmed recipes for aztec soup, for fish tacos, and for sardine pasta. i also reccommend you check out his blog about his battle with cancer and his incredible custom bike website.
